T-38 Cockpit upgrades
The NASA Forward Operation Location is upgrading the cockpit instrumentation and wiring for the NASA T-38s. The ejection seat was removed to facilitate the upgrade.

Fixing an Air Force T-38
The NASA Forward Operating Location is repairing several Air Force T-38s whose fuel systems and engines were damaged by contaminated fuel. Only the El Paso Location is qualified to repair them.

Bridge over the conveyor
The terminal building was expanded to accommodate the new conveyors to move the checked baggage through the automated inspection system. To gain access between the conveyor lines, there are bridges.
Automated Inspection
The conveyor system feeds 3 three-dimensional inspection machines (2 shown here). The peak capacity is 2,400 bags/hour. If something suspicious is detected by the automated system, the bag is routed to the TSA secondary inspection area.
